Shipping policy
SHIPMENT
As standard, we ship within Germany and internationally with DPD, DHL, UPS or Hermes Logistics. The delivery time is usually 3 - 5 working days, due to increased production times currently max. 5 - 10 working days.
DELIVERY & TRACKING
DPD, DHL, UPS or Hermes Logistics will deliver your package regularly within approx. 5 - 10 working days after receipt of the order and payment confirmation. After handing over the package to the logistics shipping company, you will automatically receive a tracking code (track number) that you can use to track the status of your shipment. Deliveries to other European countries take place within 5 - 12 working days and are also subject to shipping costs.
In the event of delivery delays or orders for goods that are not in stock, you will be informed immediately in order to organize further processing of your order. In addition, goods that are not in stock will be clearly marked in the product range.
SHIPPING METHODS
If no different delivery address is specified, delivery will be made to your billing address. You have the option of having your order delivered to a different delivery address. Unfortunately, delivery to PO boxes (e.g. DHL) is not possible.
SHIPPING COSTS
In principle, we charge a flat shipping fee of € 5,95 per order and package box within Germany. This will partially cover the costs incurred for postage, packaging, logistics, etc., and we will take care of the rest for you.

Important note: Shipping to Switzerland (Confederation Helvetica) is exempt from VAT. Please note that any applicable customs duties, import and export duties as well as other customs clearance fees - as legally regulated - must be borne by you yourself. Please contact the responsible customs authority in good time. If you do not pay any costs incurred when the goods are delivered on time, this will be considered a refusal of acceptance. However, we are not obliged to settle any claims (in the event of refusal of acceptance, non-attendance, change of address, move, returns) from the responsible customs authority.
RETURNS
Returns are free of charge for you. In the event of a return, please contact us using the returns contact form or by email at info@sandburgritter.shop. You can return all items purchased in our online shop free of charge within Germany within 14 days using the return label provided by us via email, provided the goods are complete and in unused and undamaged condition. The return period begins on the day on which the logistics provider you have chosen delivers the goods to you.
To ensure that your return is processed quickly, we ask you to send the item back to us complete with the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging. Please also note that returned items will only be accepted if the goods still have the original label attached.
In order to be able to continually improve our service and our offer for you, we would be particularly pleased if you would state the reason for the return. However, this is not necessary to take advantage of voluntary returns.
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made and will take a maximum of 14 days.
